On 5/2, Director General Chou attended the "Asian American, Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander Heritage Month" celebration at Miami-Dade County Hall, invited by Tai Vaz, Chair of the Miami-Dade County Asian American Advisory Board.
Director Chou joined County Mayor Daniella Levin Cava, Consul General Fumiyo Tsuda, Chair Tai Vaz, and local officials to celebrate South Florida’s diverse Asian cultures. The event featured Turkish folk dance, classical Thai dance, Korean Taekwondo, Indian Kollywood dance, and an exciting lion dance, showcasing the rich cultural diversity of Miami-Dade County.
