Requirements:
- Bachelor degree
- Asian Studies background and/or knowledge of Taiwan - advantage
- Excellent communication skills and customer service attitude
- Proficiency in MS Office and social media
- Good hands in organizational and administrative work
- Language skills:
- English and Hebrew: fluent written and verbal communication skills
- Mandarin Chinese - advantage
Job Description:
- Acting as the first point of contact in handling face-to-face, telephone and written inquiries in visa, passport and document legalization application and other consular matters
- Collecting and pre-examining the submitted documents for visa, passport, document legalization and other applications
- Conducting paperwork such as generating visa stickers and document legalization certificates from the computer system
- Producing and filing monthly and yearly statistic reports on visa, passport, document legalization and other applications
- Planning and organizing visits, meetings, events, etc.
- Receiving visitors as a receptionist
- Providing administrative assistance
- Supporting work in media and cultural cooperation when necessary
- Other assignment required
Working hours: Monday to Thursday: 9:00-17:00, Friday: 9:00-12:00
Work Place: Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Tel-Aviv (21st floor, Azrieli Center, Round Building, 132 Menachem Begin Rd., Tel Aviv)
